If you just want to cruise, we've got the group for you. It's all about fun and adventure for our vibrant cruising group.

The RGYC Cruising Group meets for dinner on the first Thursday of each month from March to November.

The dinners are themed and have a guest speaker. Topics range from cruises undertaken by members to technical aspects of yachting and boating including sail making and engine maintenance. All RGYC members and their guests are welcome to attend.

The Cruising Group often arrange extended cruises for those interested. Some past trips have visited the Gippsland Lakes, Hobart and Flinders Island. These trips are structured to assist new boaters venture further afield with the safety of more experienced members.

There are no pre-requisites to becoming a member of the cruising group, simply attend any activity and enjoy the benefits of being around like-minded sailors.
